Have you seen this '12 Day Holiday Countdown' from DaySpring?
I happened to purchase 2 of these last month, thinking that one of my blog readers might like to win one of these to share with their family during Christmas. What is really neat about this countdown is that you can use it during Christmas, Easter, and Thanksgiving!
The numbered drawers have different pictures on each side for the three holidays. The countdown also comes with a devotional book to read with your family as you countdown to each of the holidays represented. You can read one of the sample devotionals here.
Would you like to win one of these for your family?
Here is what you need to do - tell me in the comments what is your favorite Christmas tradition in your family?
Entries will be accepted until Wednesday, November 28th at midnight pacific time. We will draw a name from the comments left on Thursday and announce the winner on Thursday.
My favorite Christmas tradition is going to cut down a fresh Christmas tree! Growing up, we only used fake trees... once we had kids, we decided (more like I was persuaded..since DT grew up with real trees) that we would only do a REAL tree! LOL!

This is so darn cute, and I love that it can be used for 3 holidays. I just got a cross to cradle wreath from Ann Voskamp and am excited about using it twice.
ReplyDeleteMy favorite tradition - my girls and I go door to door and play Christmas carols for friends and neighbors on our violins. I love to see people's faces when they open the door and we are there with our violins.
Our tradition is Jesus birthday cake. We have Ann's cross to the cradle wreath too and we love it. We are making more traditions...each year!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the giveaway.....
My favorite Christmas tradition is spending an ENTIRE day with my mom and sister making cookies. We start with simple sugar cookies. While those are cooling we make various other kinds of cookies to share with others. By then, the sugar cookies are completely cool. We ice them and decorate them with sprinkles. We've been doing this since I was very little and now I'm in my 20's. I plan to continue it with my children, when I have them.
